While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for changes, cancellations, or service failures by third-party cruise lines or hotels.

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and courts located in St. Johns or Duval County, Florida, and the Parties hereby consent to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
